Karen owns and manages a partnership business - specifically a tropical fruit farm comprising of lychees, dragon fruit and custard apple. Most exciting for the orchard was the discovery of a new variety of custard apple, officially named "PinksBlush". Karen holds a Bachelor of Business degree, a Graduate Certificate of Public Sector Management and a dual Diploma of Sustainability. Karen is currently undertaking the Young Food Innovators Program. Karen resides on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
