Welcome everyone!
I cannot tell you how excited we all are to begin working again on plans for the 2022 Spaceport America Cup! This will be the largest and most exciting event we've ever attempted!
With the growth of the event, ESRA has noticed some possible issues with some of the groups applying.
As a reminder to everyone, the Spaceport America Cup is a COLLEGIATE competition. Each team must submit a School Participation Letter from school officials which validates all students are all actively attending the same university.
- Teams with high school students included are not allowed
- <CORRECTED> Teams with students from multiple universities are allowed. However, the need for this must be consistent with significant geographic challenges of forming a team at a single school. No "All-Star" teams will be allowed.
- Only recent graduates (for example, graduating in Dec 2021) would still be allowed to compete in 2022.
