Spaceport America Cup 2021

Ok here we go!  After careful review of submitted materials, Team Podium Sessions have been established along with SDL Payload Reviews!

Teams should already have received email invitations for SDL Payload Review sessions at their selected times.  Poster Session email invitations will be coming shortly.  We have done the best we can to accommodate time zone differences and greatly appreciate everyone's flexibility.

Hi Teams,

First off, thank you all for your patience.  We're in the final ~30 hours and battling down the IT demons that plague us.

Some news!

1. You should now be able to edit the TICKET HOLDER (do NOT edit the ticket buyer) information for your team tickets.  BE CAREFUL!  You must type the email addresses correctly or they won't get to the right person.  If you have trouble, please contact (we have multiple people supporting that account who can help).
2. All team members must create an account on accelevents.com using the same email as the ticket holder address.  After you log in, go to your account drop down and choose "My Tickets".  You'll be able to access the event 30 minutes prior to the start Friday morning.
3. Exciting News: Podium Session and Payload Sessions have been determined!  We are working on the schedule and will announce those teams in another Update as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Holy cow everyone, so sorry for the confusion this has apparently caused.  The information we received from our vendor was apparently inaccurate.  If you are missing your tickets, please reach out directly to president@esrarocket.org with your invoice number. 

Do not change the "Ticket Buyer" information.  Only the "Ticket Holder".  But if you tried that and your tickets are missing, please reach out to us asap.

Teams! 

ESRA recently learned that all team tickets must be adjusted by the ticket holder (the account who purchased the tickets) to include the names and email addresses for each attendee.

This is important because otherwise, you will need the ticket holder username and password in order to log in.  So please work with the person who purchased your tickets.  They should follow the directions above to organize and send the tickets out to the individuals on the team.

Great job for those who submitted your Q&A poster session videos.  The judges have already received your videos and are working hard to determine which teams will be selected for Podium Sessions and the SDL Payload Challenge.

Additionally, the Poster Session Q&A Schedule is now POSTED!

Each team will receive invitations from accelevents.com for your assigned 15 minute poster session Q&A (look for these no later than June 16th).  Don't be late!  Also, Q&A sessions times are final, please make every effort to attend at the designated time.  We recognize that the many different time zones are challenging, so do your best.
