We appreciate all of the fantastic feedback and questions we have been receiving about the CHIME National Patient ID Challenge and wanted to let you know that we have extended the Concept Blitz Round submission deadline to Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time. 

You now have until that time to register and submit your entry for the Concept Blitz Round. 

With the change in submisson deadline, we have also pushed the winners announcement date for the Concept Blitz Round and the opening of the Final Innovation Round to June 1, 2016. Note that this change doesn't mean you can't start working on your prototypes for the Final Innovation Round before June 1st. You can begin work on the prototypes at any time, and we will begin accepting submissions for the Final Innovation Round on June 1st.

To register for the challenge, you must first have created a HeroX account. If you have not already done so, click JOIN US in the top right corner of any page of the HeroX website.

Once you have completed the account creation process and activated your account, go to our challenge page - https://herox.com/PatientIDChallenge - and click the "Start here" button where it says "Want to compete in this challenge?"

This How-To video will show you how to submit an entry to a challenge. 

If you have already submitted an entry, thank you! You can still update your submission if you would like to do so. Simply return to your entry and click the "Return to editing" button. You can then edit, save, and re-submit your entry up until 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on April 27th.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out directly or post your question in the Comments section of the challenge page. No additional extensions will be offered, so please submit on time to be eligible to win!
