In partnership with the American Association for the Advancement of Science’s SEA Change initiative and in collaboration with the National Academies’ Committee on Women in Science, Engineering and Medicine, ORWH recognizes the efforts of institutions of higher education, including SEA Change Institutional Bronze Award recipients and SEA Change members, that have achieved sustained improvement in faculty gender diversity, equity, and inclusivity across STEMM. This forum offers an opportunity to learn about institutional strategies and practices that have contributed to systemic change.
