Hello again, the team has confirmed that airlocks and hatches are normally made of mostly aluminum with some steel parts. For example, you can read about one air lock's specifications here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quest_Joint_Airlock

Hi, WidgetBlender! NASA already provided the necessary dimensions and pictures that can be found in the resources tab. If you need a 3D model of it, I’m afraid you’d have to make it yourself. That’s just what I did. They can’t give us everything.

Just needed to be very sure before I did it by eye.  As there is a pretty low expected ROI on this challenge does not want to WASTE time (pun intended).
