Please remember that ALL current Phase I Team Members (anyone you list on the submission form under section 7.2.3. Personnel), need to be registered at www.herox.com/gofly, have accepted all agreements, and be associated with your submitting team. GoFly must have an accurate record and have received all documents from all members associated with your Team at this time.
