When will specific submission guidelines be posted? The presentation in October stated that mid-November submission rules should be posted.

Is the 200-word proposed technology and associated business plan supposed to be formatted in a certain way?

There is no required formatting for either the 200-word entry or the business plan. Please ensure that all submitted deliverables are in English.
